The Gardens timeshare wowes

So a couple of years back we ( Jonathan and I ) bought a timeshare at the gardens timeshare in Orlando
well that turned out to be a crock of shit. the resort is located right next to the parliament house in Orlando's gay area and of course the timeshare is billed as a gay timeshare. ok you may be asking why we bought a timeshare in Orlando when we live here? well you can trade it for a week in one of over 3000 other places. and the price was good. problem is the beautiful resort that is meant to surround the building is basically a building site.. 3 years after it was meant to be completed. sure the actual BUILDING is there.. with a beautiful view of.. rubble and broken concrete. They are about to be de-listed from RCI which means we wont be able to trade the unit for anything , What pours salt on the wound today is that we received out annual "maintenance bill" for the unit.. urm maintenance on WHAT? the pool? the gardens? maybe the rubble needs a good cleaning, after all 3 years it probably has some dust on it. Oh well, at least i get to park in that parking lot of the gardens resort ( amongst the rubble ) and get free Entry into the parliament house.. sigh well anyone want to buy a nice timeshare unit???

Christmas week, and where are the cards

Tuesday has arrived at the house and its hard to believe its one week till Christmas and are you ready for the jolly old man in red to come down the chimney. NO not Zac but Santa?

Mike and Robb have headed back to the Tampa house but yet another Mike sucking off Robb video in Level 2 to see. Mike sure liked to deep throat Robb.

We hear Clay had another visit last night so we hope the recorders were running once again.

Marshall is busy being Marshall. He is busy studying things for work, which he says is going great. He is always missing his Ryan. It is good to see Marshall doing so well.

Zac and Jon are busy with their normal around the house. They are busy with site work, working out, horsing around, getting things fixed, getting things posted and of course chat last night. When is the last time you Zac in chat and found out what he has going on or planned for the site?

Seasick on the yacht

Here it is the weekend and things are for the most part quiet around the Collegeboyslive.com house.

Zac and Jon were busy today with Clay’s photo shoot. Which i can not wait to see. The week wasn’t too bad for them but if you need to get caught up real quick on some thing and drama at the Orlando house check out the pod cast from last week. link to the podcast is here: >>> PODCAST <<<

Mike as you know is at the Tampa house. So check out the Tampa house to see what he and Robb are up to.

Clay as we said has his photo shoot, That was a load of fun although we all started to get a little seasick cause we were out on the ocean and it was rough. Clay almost fell in a few times. We were broadcasting the whole thing live so everyone was watching. I felt sorry for the poor Cameraman holding onto the camera with 1 hand and the yacht with the other.

Marshall is busy being Marshall. He is with Ryan as next week he starts his new job and will have less time with Ryan and more time working. You can only imagine what these two will be up to this weekend.
